USFSA (United States Figure Skating Association) Competition Qualifications:
USFSA (United States Figure Skating Association) Competition Qualifications:
In order to compete in USFSA events you must be a current member of a USFSA sanctioned club, be in good standings, and have the permission of your home club. USFSA members can be selected to represent the United States at National, the Olympics, Worlds, and other international competitions.
ISI (Ice Skating Institute) Competition Qualifications:
In order to compete in ISI events you must be a current member of the ISI and be in good standings. Events will may require a home ice arena, coaches signature, and skating school director's signature. ISI offers competitions for recreational skaters. ISI hosts it's own National and World Championships, for all levels, each year which do not require pre-qualifying events.
For both ISI and USFSA there are test and age requirements. Tracey can discuss these requirements and provide applications for all competitions.

Please note: Membership is required to compete.
Competition Skating Programs:
Tracey primarily choreographs all programs for her students, however, in some situations she many have one of her secondary coaches choreograph or enhance the choreography to an existing program. Specialized choreographers may be organized at skaters request through Tracey.
As head coach, Tracey plans her schedule to be at all competitions and shows her students are in to put them on the ice for their events. Also, as competitions nears, extra lessons may be recommended.
Music Editing Fees:
Basic Skills, Pixie, and Pre-Preliminary USFSA Programs - $25.00
Tots, Pre-Alpha thru Delta and FS 1-4 ISI Programs - $25.00
Preliminary, Pre-Juvenile, and Juvenile Programs - $50.00
Intermediate, Novice, and FS 5 and up Programs - $75.00
Junior & Senior Programs - $100 and up (varies based on number of music pieces and professional music editing studio charges)
Please note: Music editing fees are pre program. Same cost for technical and artistic.
Competition/Show Pro's Fees:
Competition fees will vary based on the location of the event, travel requirements for the coach, number of days, events, and competitors. Tracey can provide an estimate prior to a skater signing up for any event and upon billing will include a complete break down of fees.
